Frequently Asked Questions: Would you travel? Yes, we are available for national and international travel and will go where you need us to be. Travel expenses and fees may apply. What format do you work in? Our packages are generally shot on Sony XDCAM HD SXS® memory cards in full 1080 High Definition. The final product will be delivered to you on DVD or Blu-Ray® High Definition, depending on if you have selected the Blu-Ray® HD option. What will be on the final DVD or Blu-ray® disc? Each DVD or Blu-ray® will have a menu much like a menu on a typical feature film disc. We don’t letterbox our footage to make our work ‘look’ widescreen, like a lot of other wedding videographers. Our footage is actually shot in the widescreen format. We then author your disc so that it will automatically detect the type of television you are watching the disc on (standard or widescreen HD TV) and adjust the video to play at its optimum setting. This is the same way that feature films are released. How and when do I pay? Services are to be paid for in three installments, in equal parts. The first payment is due when you book the event with us. The second will be due 7 days prior to your wedding. The last will be due upon receipt of the final materials. When can I expect my final product? Generally, we get everything edited and delivered to you within 4-6 weeks.
